সহযােগীতামূলক পরিবেশ সৃষ্টির মাধ্যমে কর্ম উদ্যোগ দ্বারা জাতি ধর্ম বর্ণ গােত্র নির্বিশেষে এলাকার তথা সমাজের বিভিন্ন লােকদের জন্য আর্থ-সামাজিক আইনগত সহায়তা প্রদান, মানবাধিকার বাস্তবায়ন সাংবাদিকতার মান উন্নয়নমূলক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা। প্রতিষ্ঠানটি বিভিন্ন পেশা শ্ৰেণীদের সাংস্কৃতিক, শিক্ষা গবেষণা, শিক্ষার উন্নয়ন, সমাজকল্যান মূলক প্রশিক্ষন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা। বর্ণিত সকল উদ্দেশ্যবলী সীমিত ও চুড়ান্ত বাস্তবায়ন এবং কর্তৃপক্ষ সরকার অনুমােদনক্রমে সকল ক্ষেত্রে কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করবে। ব্যাতিক্রম কার্যক্রম অনিয়ম বলে গণ্য হইবে।

The people of Bangladesh today raised their heads high as a developed nations and in the world court. The country is progressing in constructive activities of the government. I have been engaged in 30 years of journalism and human rights in the long run I have been working as a chairman of Dhaka human rights & journalist society. The main goal of the human rights & journal organization of dhaka is to implement human rights and every human being and to promote the development of the society by keeping voice against the mismanagement and injustice. I wish everyone’s personal co-operation.

Every person has dignity and value.on the way that we recognise the fundamental worth of every person is by acknowledging and respecting their human rights. Human rights can broadly be defind as a member of basic rights that people from around the world have agreed are essential. As a secratary general i would like to accomplish _vindicate and inaugurate the rights of life, the rights to a fair trial, freedom from torture and other cruel & inhuman treatment, freedom of speech, freedom of justice, freedom of religion and the rights of health _education and an adequate standard of living.
